So I redid her app. How can I expect others to work hard on their apps when I don't do it myself? uvu; ~~plus I hated how the old one looked~~

Personality:
Noize is a very cold, unempathetic woman and is pretty much a lone wolf most of the time. She has no inhibitions about violence when provoked. Debate does intrigue her though.

History:
Not much is known about her, though like the Death card itself she can often be found at the end and rebirth of something.
